The Floating Studio is a new artist-run public art project in Helsinki, currently in progress. The floating studio, planned to the shore between Kalasatama neighbourhood and Mustikkamaa island, will be a working space of the two visual artists. It will also function as a gallery and a venue of different art and culture events. This blog gives an overview of the process of the construction of the studio, and the activities/events taking place there.
